Paul is responsible for ensuring that all Kairos Zero clients receive the optimum advice and input from our specialist teams. He is personally involved in a range of accounts – from B2C ecommerce marketing through to B2B digital marketing strategy planning and execution.
Prior to joining Kairos Zero, Paul was VP of Client Success at the largest pureplay SEO agency in the United States. During his tenure, the company appeared twice on the Inc 500 list (the list of 500 fastest growing companies in the US). Paul further strengthened his deep and wide knowledge of key online marketing disciplines, including SEO, PPC, Content Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimzation.
He was also responsible for all client engagement (including clients such as Sears Rackspace and United Healthcare) and won the “Innovator of the Year” prize for his contribution to the development of the business.
Paul’s professional experience includes an extensive career in technology and marketing consulting, working internationally with companies such as Daimler, BMW, ABB and AdTranz (now Bombardier). These projects combined leading-edge technology with new business models and change management techniques to produce multi-million dollar returns. Paul’s ability to successfully create and implement transformational business solutions has received widespread attention, including being highlighted in the keynote address at IBM’s major international developer conference, Devcon.
Paul’s significant international experience comes from long-term engagements and ex-patriot assignments throughout Europe and Sub- Saharan Africa. As a result of his international perspective, he was invited by the US Trade and Development Agency to participate as an IT Subject Matter Expert for a trade delegation from the ASEAN countries to the United States. He was also selected as an IT SME for an international governmental summit of African ICT ministers in Ghana, West Africa.
Paul currently sits on the IUPUI Media Arts and Science Advisory Board where he enjoys influencing the institution’s strategy, curriculum development, and student preparation for marketplace and business requirements.
